I have the right to refuse your request if I'm not comfortable drawing either specific subjects or for other issues (time, health etc...);

Not included for sketch commissions. I'll ask for half of the price of the drawing before starting the commission and adding you to my queue. The other half of the payment will be required in order to complete the artwork (you are free to pay it all at once). You can refuse to pay me the last half of the price when I'll be asking to you if you are not willing me to continue the drawing. If it happens (contacting me via private message), I'll considerate it as done and there will be no more progresses;

I'm allowed to share your commission on my galleries and social networks, unless for specific commission (like a birthday's gift) I'll be keeping it private for a limited amount of time;

You are allowed to share your drawing (credits are required, leaving the signature on the image is enough);

There will be NO refund and the buyer is fully responsible for all payments made to me.
